Standard Features:
• New and easy method of stripping core
from product
• Panels line up with ease and bolt
together efficiently
• Two (2) 7/8" pins for panel line up
• 1/4" P&O plate panels, stiffeners, and
flanges
• 3/4" x 2" quick bolts (nuts welded to
back of flange for ease of bolting
panels together)
• Back-up plate under top flange for
lifting eyebolt and level lifting of panels
• Bolt together header and pallet for
adjustable size. 8" wall thickness with
12" haunch
• rubber seal on inside of pallet for tight
fit around core
• Long life for many pours
• Two pours per day using two sets of
pallets
• Pours full 8' height (finish panel height
is 100")
• Kits will be sold separately beginning
with 3'x3' square
• Core and jacket adjustable to (36)
different sizes to 10'x12' *
• Interchangeable straight panels for
core and jacket
• Bottom spacer and clamp fits between
inner core panel and outer jacket panel
• Radius outside corners to prevent
product chipping to ensure attractive
finished product
